1. Use of Service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The service allows you to create and manage project documentation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you input or generate through the service.
2. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access our services. A single user account can only be used by one person. Multiple individuals cannot simultaneously use the same account to work within the software, and each person must have their own account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your email, name, phone number, company name, company address, and payment method if subscribing after the trial period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Payment
ELDAPRO Inc. offers subscription-based services. You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of subscription, either on a monthly or annual basis. Payments can be made via Stripe, checks, wires, or ACH transfers. In the event of a cancellation, prorated refunds will be provided based on the remaining period of service. Payment information is securely handled by Stripe, and we do not store sensitive financial data.
4. Liability Disclaimer
ELDAPRO Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the generated documents. You acknowledge that the service does not guarantee compliance with legal standards or project requirements. The use of the service is at your own risk. The generated documents and specifications are based on the information you provide, and you are solely responsible for ensuring their accuracy.
5. Backup
While we strive to maintain and safeguard user data, we cannot guarantee that the data will not be lost, corrupted, or otherwise compromised. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of the data and documents created using the service. ELDAPRO Inc. assumes no responsibility for any data loss or damage.
6. Intellectual Property
All content related to the software itself, including but not limited to the code, design, and service framework, is owned by or licensed to ELDAPRO Inc. However, any drawings, specifications, and documents generated by you using the software are your property. You retain ownership rights to all content you input into the system, including any images or materials you upload. ELDAPRO Inc. does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
7. Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. If your subscription expires and is not renewed within 1 month, we may delete your account and any associated projects.
8. Accessibility
Certain content, such as drawings and diagrams, may not be fully accessible to individuals with vision impairments. ELDAPRO Inc. does not offer assistance for accessibility-related issues.
9. Links to Other Websites
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ELDAPRO Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ELDAPRO Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on such content or services.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data in accordance with this policy.
11. No Accessibility Assistance
Due to the visual nature of some features (e.g., drawings and diagrams), certain parts of the service may not be fully accessible to individuals with vision impairments. ELDAPRO Inc. does not offer assistance for accessibility-related issues.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.
